The way you perceive your world could change your circumstances. Epictetus, the Greek Philosopher said, People are not disturbed by things, but by the view they take of them.” Our lives can be quite amazing at times and then they can be quite challenging in others. How we perceive those distinct times in our lives can change the outcome of our futures.

The Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:11-13 NIV, I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content what ever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength. Your attitude in this life we live in determines your altitude. Paul was imprisoned, ship wrecked, suffered a thorn in his side, and abandoned by those close to him. Yet he remained faithful to the gospel. All hell was breaking out around him and he perceived the beauty instead of the hell. What would it look like if you did the same thing? Change your attitude and it may change your altitude. Try looking at your situation another way, be positive today. The joy of the Lord is your strength. You are an overcomer, justified , forgiven, and redeemed.
Prayer : Heavenly Father open our eyes so that we may perceive our situations in a new light. Give us a peace that surpasses all understanding and renew our minds. Help us to remain confident in your will and you way. Give us an attitude that reflects gratitude and a Devine Perspective through out our days. In Jesus name, Amen.
